If your site qualifies, VERDEXON typically offers a variable rent tied to the commercial performance of the charging hub, along with a guaranteed minimum annual payment.
Can I host a VERDEXON hub in an underground parking lot?
Yes, you can! However, certain conditions apply. Underground charging hubs may be subject to specific regulations depending on your location (country or region). These details are reviewed during the preliminary site study, after which your site’s eligibility is confirmed.
What are the requirements to host a VERDEXON hub on my site?
When selecting locations, we evaluate several factors such as customer service quality, sustainability, and profitability. Each site is assessed individually due to its unique characteristics. Key criteria include:
- Geographic location: Traffic flow, proximity to main roads, urban or suburban setting, and presence of other VERDEXON hubs nearby.
- Available space: Typically 8–16 parking spaces, though smaller sites may be considered in areas with limited parking.
- 24/7 accessibility: Unrestricted access for VERDEXON customers, including the ability to open the entrance gate via login.
What happens in the event of damage, vandalism, or an accident at the hub?
VERDEXON’s civil liability insurance covers any damage resulting from such incidents.
Who is responsible for installing and operating the hub?
VERDEXON handles 100% of the installation and operation. From site deployment—including administrative procedures, electrical studies, equipment purchase and transport, and installation—to daily operations such as maintenance and international customer service, everything is managed by VERDEXON. You won’t pay a single cent; instead, VERDEXON pays you rent for leasing your land.
What is the legal framework for partnering with VERDEXON?
VERDEXON typically offers a tenancy agreement ranging from 10 to 30 years. Our standard lease contract is designed to be simple and convenient. This arrangement provides two main benefits: it ensures you a long-term, recurring income and allows VERDEXON to amortize the investment cost of the charging hub.
